Doing exercises is definitely one of the most important thing in our lifes what helps us stay healthy and keep our bodies in good condition. How we do it is very important as well. As we exercise, we should plan our workout routine to train all our energy systems. We have 3 of them, 2 of them are anaerobic and one of them is aerobic. Another main thing is we should know what kind of muscle fibres we work out on, for example if we want to build muscles we need to focus mainly on muscle fibres type 2a, if we want to build endurance we should focus on muscle fibres type 1 etc. Whenever you want to build muscles or lose weight I take off of you all the unnecessary baggage of knowing it everything and take you straight to your result which makes you feel and look fantastic again in your skin again as you were in your 20’s.
