Here is how you get it sta​​​​rted in 3 simple steps:

  • ​​1. Take your diary and create 30-60 min daily space in the morning at a set time every day.
  • ​​2. Drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice or apple cider vinegar and eat proper breakfast at relaxed state without rushing. Have another 1-2 healthy meals without snacking between these meals during the day.
  • ​3. Hydrate yourself - simply consume about 2 litres of water per day. Have 0,5-litre bottles conveniently left in places you spend time. E.g. bedside table, in your car, on your desk. Add to that water pinch of Himalayan salt.
